Delete Your Account

1. Delete it in the App

You can delete your account yourself at any time, without contacting us:

1. Open the Astrobiography app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion when the App asks you to.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. We cannot restore a deleted account.

2. Ask Us by Email

If you cannot open the App or no longer have it installed, email m@sagittarius-a.co.uk and ask us to delete your account. Please write from the email address your account uses, so that we can find the right account and check that the request comes from its owner. We will then delete the account for you and tell you when it is done.

3. What Is Deleted

Deleting your account removes your sign-in account and, with it, the data we store against that account:

• Your profile
• Your birth details (date, time and place of birth)
• The saved people you added, with their birth details
• Your Oracle questions
• The purchase records tied to your account

4. What Is Kept

One internal record type is kept: our anonymous AI-usage counters, which record the AI model used, the number of tokens processed and a timestamp. When you delete your account the link between these counters and you is removed, so they identify no one. They contain none of your readings, questions or birth details, and they are retained with no expiry.

5. Subscriptions Are Cancelled Separately

Subscriptions are billed by Google Play, not by us, so deleting your account does not cancel one. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in Google Play before you delete your account. The steps are on our Support page.
